Neck & head
- Neck pain and stiffness from sitting at a desk all day
- Waking up with a locked neck that will not turn
- Headaches that start at the base of the skull
- Neck pain that spreads into the shoulder blade
- Jaw pain, clicking or clenching
Back
- Lower back pain that keeps returning every few months
- Back pain that hits when you bend or lift
- A back that seizes up after sitting or driving
- Stiffness in the first hour of the morning
- Mid-back and rib pain, often worse with a deep breath
Nerve symptoms
- Pain that travels down the leg
- Pins and needles or numbness in the hand or arm

Shoulder & arm
- Shoulder pain when you lift your arm overhead
- Pain when you sleep on that side

Hip, knee & foot
- Hip and glute pain from sitting
- Groin or hip pain when running
- Knee pain when running or squatting

- Heel pain in the first steps of the morning
The pattern, rather than the body part
- Pain that improved with treatment, then came straight back once treatment stopped
- Pain that has been there for months or years
- Pain a scan has failed to explain
- Pain that is stopping you training, working or sleeping
