Hands-on treatment matched to what the assessment found. Chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work and dry needling, depending on your presentation. Your rehabilitation program runs alongside it and progresses as you improve.

About Dr Barros
Dr Lidiane Barros has practised as a chiropractor since 2008, across private practice and corporate settings. Six years of that was spent as the on-site chiropractor for a global mining company, treating employees in the environment where their symptoms were being produced.
Her practice is evidence-based. The treatment you receive is the treatment the research supports for your presentation, explained in plain language, with an honest account of what it can and cannot do.
What she treats
Disc, joint and nerve-related lower back pain. Pain that travels down the leg. A back that seizes after sitting or driving.
Neck pain from prolonged desk work. Cervicogenic headaches at the base of the skull. Shoulder pain overhead or lying on that side.
Targeted care for pain caused by sedentary work, screen use and poor workstation setup, assessed at source.
Pain that has lasted months or years, and did not settle with previous treatment. It behaves differently, and it needs a different plan.
Injuries from training, running and gym work. Tennis elbow, Achilles, knee pain when running or squatting.
Pins and needles or numbness in the hand or arm. Leg heaviness that builds the longer you stand or walk.
The method
Most people who come in have been through this before. Treatment helped. They stopped. The pain came back. That happens when treatment is the only thing being done.
So the plan has two parts running at the same time. Hands-on treatment settles the symptoms. Rehabilitation builds the capacity that keeps you there.
